Shipping

Order processing takes 2 to 7 business days. Once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email. 

Delivery times depend on the courier service but typically will range from 12 to 28 business days depending on the product and items may or may not ship at once which means you could receive multiple packages.

Returns & Exchanges
We have a 14 day refund and exchange policy. After 14 days from delivery, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be returned in it's original unused condition with original packaging. We also require proof of purchase.

Non returnable items:
Gift cards
Health and personal care items

Sale items are not eligible for returns/refunds

Refund/Exchange Processing:

Please email us at help@petitereineboutique.com to initiate the refund/exchange process.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Delayed Refunds:
If you've received a refund confirmation email from us, but have received the refund, please contact your bank/credit card company as it may take some time before it's processed/posted on their end. 

Exchanges:
Exchanges are only granted if an item is defective or damaged. Please email us at help@petitereineboutique.com and we will provide further guidance. Please note: Exchanges are only processed for the same item.

Shipping fees:
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend adding tracking to your shipment of returned items. 

Refused or undeliverable packages:

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order. As the buyer, you are responsible for any undeliverable courier fees we incur.

  • If you choose not to have your order re-delivered we can refund you the cost of the items but the original shipping fees and the undeliverable charge from the courier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 20% restocking fee.
